Implement and operate an online outlet store
May 2014 - Jun 2015
Implementation and operation of an online store based on Magento.
The basic configuration of the store consisted of setting company details, currency, tax rates, payment and shipping methods, returns and complaints policy, terms of use and privacy, as well as selecting an appropriate graphic theme and logo.
Adding new products to appropriate categories and subcategories, we created the product list. I have assigned various attributes to each product, such as name, price, description, photo, code, weight, availability, manufacturer, composition, etc. Using the store's administration panel, we made it easy to edit or delete products.
I created product descriptions and photos with attention to quality and attractiveness. Descriptions are brief, concise and encouraging, emphasizing the major advantages and benefits of the products. Clear and well-lit high-resolution photos showcasing products from various angles.
I maintained contact with customers via communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or a contact form on the store's website. I responded to customer inquiries and orders in a quick and professional manner. I ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering high-quality products and service, low prices and promotions, free or low-cost shipping, and an easy returns and complaints process.
